Meeting Room Lighting
Meeting rooms are equipped with fluorescent, incandescent and metal halide & LED fixtures. Different levels of lighting can be achieved by using one or all of the systems in a room. Most incandescent & LED lights and some fluorescent lighting offer adjustable levels.
Meeting room lighting in North/South is controlled in two different ways – either from a wall control panel or with a lighting remote. Meeting room lighting in West is all controlled with a lighting remote. Lighting remotes must be signed out from your Moscone Event Manager. Lost lighting remotes will incur a $500.00 charge.
Lights over A/V screens can be individually deactivated by Moscone Engineering staff. Please discuss timing for this or have your A/V contractor schedule this with your Event Manager.
