Standard Hours of Operation and Staff Coverage at The Moscone Center
Standard operating hours for The Moscone Center facilities are 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Normal facility services and staffing for standard shifts are covered by the facility rental. This includes, but is not limited to, lighting, HVAC, facility security, ramp guards, elevator operators, housekeepers, and operations staff .
Arrangements for activity before and after the standard operating hours can easily be made through the Moscone Event Manager. We ask that the request be made no later than two weeks in advance of the event's first move-in day, in order to provide appropriate staffing levels. Written permission to operate outside standard hours will be issued on a case-by-case basis by facility management.
Due to the nature of our operation we may not be able to accommodate all overnight work requests. If accommodated these shifts will incur additional rental fees as well as labor costs.
Please note that additional rental and/or labor costs for the relevant departments may apply. Additional Contract Security requirements may also be required.
ASM Global reserves the right to close all freight entrances, secure the facility, and reduce lighting and HVAC levels beyond our normal working hours.
