Permission & Liability Requirements

Permission is required for filming on Moscone Center property during a convention from the convention's sponsoring organization.  

During non-convention days, permission is required for filming from The Moscone Center management.

Union Labor Requirement

Event videography and motion picture capture for events at The Moscone Center are governed by the City of San Francisco's labor jurisdictions. This applies to filming at The Moscone Center and all other City-owned properties, whether inside or outside the building, whether commissioned for an registered exhibit booth or a booked convention.
