The Visitor Information Center located next to Moscone South has re-opened for 2024.

The San Francisco Visitor Information Center (VIC) will be open during conferences for limited hours in 2024. Operating hours are based on each conference's peak hours.

A San Francisco Welcome Team will be greeting visitors and answering questions. This team is made up of folks native to the Bay Area (or nearly native!) who know the City like the back of their hand. This team is trained to provide in-person exchanges of information, knowledge, places to see, and things to do in the Bay Area.

For those wanting more do-it-yourself options there are links to pre-made itineraries based on interests or a custom app connecting to community benefit districts, travel sites, and city services - allowing visitors to create a custom itinerary based on their interests.
